Cindi has more than 20 years of experience developing and maintaining progressive, cost efficient HR programs for both union/non-union manufacturing and distribution environments as well as non-profit agencies. She has a strong background in benefit package development, negotiation and corporate strategic planning as well as advanced knowledge of payroll and HRIS system design and implementation.
Prior to joining Management Recruiters of Westport, Cindi was responsible for the recruitment and hiring of $5MM in salaries within one year for a large CPG organization emerging from bankruptcy.
