Mr. Merkle has over 15 years of experience in the Asset Backed Securities (ABS), Financial Services and Distressed Debt markets. He has developed Capital Markets and Syndication programs for bank owned and independent finance companies, establishing off balance sheet warehouse lines of credit and issuing securitizations in the public and 144-A markets. He has both buy and sell side experience in distressed assets, and has been actively involved in large scale corporate restructurings.
Mr. Merkle's clients include top hedge funds, debt buyers, loan sale advisory firms and investment banks. He has successfully placed financial professionals and executives in front, middle and back office functions across a wide variety of disciplines.
