Inspiration for entering the field:
My prior career was in the capital markets as an asset-backed securities issuer, and later as a distressed-debt buyer. This was a chance to leverage that experience, and build a firm that reflects my personal values and goals.
What’s new:
We’re growing — both hiring internally and planning to open an office in Europe in the not too distant future. The markets have been experiencing significant turbulence, and that creates lots of opportunities. The demand for talent already exceeds available supply, and is anticipated to get worse with the demographic shifts across the globe. Technology is a big factor and there are new tools and resources all the time. At the end of the day, executive search is and always will be a personal relationship business.
